The first step was a new website that is very approachable to help break the stigma around debt and bankruptcy.

- Created a blog and news environment;
- Integrated online chat;
- Customized debt calculator.

After launching the website, the team at Janes & Noseworthy saw an uptick in leads. The online chat feature allows users to chat live with staff, speeding up the process and building trust with prospective clients.
