Meet Dc.

Creative Director | Entrepreneur | Community Leader

Dc has spent his life turning creativity into connection.

Since his early years in Logy Bay, he’s been drawing, writing, and dreaming up ways to bring people together.

Today, Dc is the founder and creative director of Dc Presents, a boutique marketing agency that blends the agility of an agent with the expertise of an agency. For 15 years, he’s helped brands and communities across Atlantic Canada show up and shine.

Above all, Dc is a connector and his purpose remains the same: to build relationships that make a difference — and to help you brand better.

Why I Do What I Do

I’m Dc / Donnie / Donny / Don-E / Donald Coady (Dc). I am aware of the ironic over-branding. I got here as a result of a lifetime as an illustrator and writer, turned graphic artist and web developer.

From class to student council president roles at two campuses over four years, as well as ACE membership (now Enactus), I caught those leadership feels. Nowadays, creating and leading — at work and in various volunteer capacities — is life. I like it here.

The Highlight Reel

From Logy Bay to the A1C, Dc’s story is a testament to what happens when you lead with heart and follow your creative spark.

For over 20 years, he’s built brands, built communities, and built people up—one project, one partnership, and one step at a time. Explore the timeline to see how it all unfolded.
