So what do you do when one of St. John’s’ hottest up and coming local bands asks you to design their logo? You get excited, then you get down to business.
A band’s logo can appear anywhere and on anything—t-shirts, posters, CDs, websites, bass drums, guitar cases, stickers, armbands, tickets…you get the idea. It has to be versatile, and it has to demonstrate the band’s personality.
RocketRocketShip has a fun name that reflects their upbeat powerpop sound, and we strove to embed that energy in their brand. Working with a space-age inspired font, and a retro inspired rocket icon, we created a dynamic set of logos that represents the band’s distinct style.
